Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New York or ability to apply.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on procurement and contracting matters.
• Structure and negotiate project agreements.
• Draft and review procurement and project agreements.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements for projects.
• Provide transactional support for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on financings.
