As the Head of Network Recruiting, you will lead strategic provider sourcing. This effort will expand and improve the payer network, specifically driving the recruitment of non-anchor providers, Essential Community Providers (ECPs), and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). You will directly support network adequacy standards, improves patient access, and improve overall network performance. This team also manages incoming provider participation requests and collaborates with Network Contracting, Network Strategy, and Market Leadership to build a compliant network that enables profitable member growth.
You will report into the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management.
This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in‑office work per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $198,720 - $260,820 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
