Requirements include a Juris Doctorate and current Michigan Bar membership; strong written and oral advocacy; ability to manage case files, coordinate with law enforcement, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited college or university is required.
• Current membership in good standing in the State Bar of Michigan is required.
• Experience in civil or criminal law preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs legal assignments involving cases of limited complexity.
• Authorizes and prepares arrest warrants and search warrants.
• Performs legal research, writes briefs, and handles cases in court.
• Represents the people of the State of Michigan in Probate Court hearings in juvenile delinquency, neglect, abuse, and guardianship matters.
