Job summary

Xpand is seeking an Associate Property Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of retail, industrial, and office assets in the southeast. You will manage tenant and vendor relationships, inspect properties, and support annual budgeting and capital planning.

You will collaborate with Leasing and Accounting to ensure operating performance, CAM reconciliations, and timely rent collection, while delivering a best-in-class tenant experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and property operations.
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office assets across the southeast.
• Develop relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Manage service contracts, bids, and capital projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to evaluate asset condition and performance.
• Review invoices, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and forecasts.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired properties into the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Leasing on turnover, renewals, and move-ins.
