Macerich is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction planning and execution at assigned properties. You will work with cross-functional teams and help manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience supporting construction project management, preferably in retail.
• Experience with general contractor, retail developer, or owner's representative organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in managing preconstruction and construction activities.
• Track budgets and schedules against goals.
• Prepare development schedules and site logistics plans.
• Assist in vendor contracts through to execution.
• Maintain document control and change management.
• Produce monthly financial and schedule progress reports.
