Job summary

Toluna, a global market research leader, seeks an Associate Project Manager/Project Manager to execute customized projects for corporate clients. Based in Seattle, you will work with senior teammates to meet milestones and deliverables.

You will manage full lifecycle of projects, coordinate with Sales, Research, and Survey Programming teams, review questionnaires, and ensure quality checks while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in market research is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project execution, including kickoff and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Research, Sampling, Survey Programming, Data Processing, Support and QA).
• Provide recommendations on survey flow/design and ensure quality checks.
• Review survey links and test flow for accuracy and quota capture.
• Maintain and upload project documentation and report to clients.

Introduction

The Associate Project Manager/Project Manager is responsible for executing customized market research projects for corporate clients, working with senior team members on key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑lifecycle project execution, including project kick‑off, setting functional timelines, and managing deliverables.
• Conduct project kick‑off meetings with internal teams and clients to understand deliverables and timelines.
• Set functional timelines to meet overall project schedule and manage deliverables accordingly.
• Review questionnaires and request clarification from clients to program the survey in Toluna Start.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Research, Sampling, Survey Programming, Data Processing, Support and Quality Assurance) for custom jobs.
• Provide recommendations to the client on survey flow/design.
• Ensure the survey is tested for flow, programming logic and quota capture.
• Review survey links for quality and accuracy to obtain client approval.
• Ensure quality checks are set up in the survey.
• Continually monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and identify and implement realistic, cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain and upload project documentation files.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, colleagues and cross‑functional peers during the entire project process.
• Report regularly to the client on deliverables to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Required Skill Set

• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, multitasking, hands‑on approach with a 'can do' attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Open to working night shifts.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.
• Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Any graduate with 2+ years customer service experience.
