As Senior Associate, Project Management (Product Launch), you will lead the day-to-day management of our new product launch timelines - including responsibility for timeline and project management, resourcing and cross-functional collaboration. Partnering with the Product team and reporting to the VP of Strategic Sourcing, this role will be accountable for executing timeline initiatives flawlessly and ensuring that the needs of the business are met. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand that is primed for its next stage of growth. You’ll enter a workspace that encourages innovation, creative expression, and teamwork, and your experience will be shaped by your performance, contributions, and drive.

This is a fully in person position, located at our New York headquarters in the Tribeca Design District.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead end-to-end project plans that scope and keep all new product development launches running on time.
  • Create and write high quality briefs that inform upcoming product launch knowledge to appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate between design, product development, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with Creative and E-Commerce teams to ensure new products seamlessly are briefed in for launch on site and marketing channels.
  • Proactively flag project roadblocks and risks to relevant stakeholders; over time, bring solutions for mitigating delays in launches.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure communication flows smoothly across teams and vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation and create go-to-market documents for our products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional, highly visible project management, preferably in retail, design or consumer goods sectors
  • Expert in 1+ project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc), with experience creating portfolios and plans from scratch to meet project needs
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • You are not afraid to be direct and clearly raise issues as you see them.
  • Scrappy and outcomes oriented
  • Strong analytical skills a plus
