Job summary

CENIC in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Manager, PMO to scale our program and project management capabilities, delivering delivery excellence for external customers and internal stakeholders.

You will build and standardize PMO processes, mentor staff, maintain dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and lead grant programs while ensuring security, governance, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years leading a PMO within a customer-facing organization.
• Masters degree preferred; PMP or related training valued.
• Demonstrated mastery of PMO practice in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale PMO capabilities to meet demand and ensure delivery excellence.
• Standardize project management processes across the organization.
• Coach and mentor PMO staff; organize staff meetings and reviews.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for program visibility and continuous improvement.
• Lead grant programs and provide regular progress reports to executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects in scope and on schedule.
