Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a detail oriented Production Scheduling Coordinator to support customer projects and order fulfillment in a regulated environment. You will create production schedules, forecast material requirements, issue purchase orders and track lot records in the ERP system to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining BOMs, reviewing batch records, and assisting with shipment documentation.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a related field required.
  • College level mathematical skills as part of daily planning.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and complex computer tasks.
  • Full professional proficiency in English for communication.
  • Strong reasoning and problem solving to handle practical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer production schedules for long- and short-term demands.
  • Forecast monthly material requirements and manage PO processes.
  • Interpret purchasing authorization and expedite or adjust POs to meet delivery.
  • Support ERP-based forecasting and order management for MRP tools.
  • Manage BOMs, lot tracking, batch records and data entry accuracy.
  • Monitor on-time delivery and communicate risks to customers and management.
  • Coordinate with quality, shipping, and project teams on documentation.
  • Oversee material releases, inventory levels and obsolete materials disposition.
  • Provide project support and onboarding for new staff; overtime may be required.
