Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with customer project execution and order fulfillment. The role focuses on maintaining production schedules, forecasting materials, and ensuring timely delivery while complying with pharmaceutical regulations.

You will support ERP-based MRP tools, coordinate with procurement, and track metrics for on-time delivery and document accuracy. Strong math and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College level mathematical skills required.
• Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and use various computer programs.
• Full professional proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently and accurately.
• High reasoning: solve practical problems with concrete variables and follow varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the customer specific production schedule for long-term and short-term demands; monitor workflow and communicate On-Time Delivery risks.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for monthly Material Requirements Planning runs.
• Understand and interpret purchasing authorization from the supply agreement; place PO requisitions and coordinate with procurement to manage delivery timing.
• Support use of Material Requirements Planning tools in ERP for forecast and order management.
• Maintain document creation processes including lot/expiration forms, batch records, and ERP work orders.
• Track On-Time Delivery and document creation metrics for the business units.
