Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or process engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or project delivery.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Build and align multidisciplinary teams spanning civil, environmental, transportation, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and planning.
• Contribute to client meetings, anticipate needs, and foster long-term relationships.
• Drive schedules, budgets, decisions, and project documentation.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and support corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Champion document control to keep critical information accurate and accessible.
• Shape early decisions through site development studies, planning, logistics, and master planning.
• Support complex assignments involving industrial facilities, logistics, and intermodal infrastructure.
