Job summary

Henkels & McCoy West is seeking an Associate Project Manager II to support delivery of construction projects across multiple markets in the Western U.S. You will apply our Project Management Methodology to help ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment with client expectations.

Working under a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate resources, manage schedules and costs, interface with clients and subcontractors, and support risk management and project controls to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of PM, construction, or utility experience.
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling and project controls.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in project accounting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance across all phases.
