Atlas Search is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Colorado Springs to lead software implementation projects for external clients, owning delivery from the statement of work through completion.

You will run client statements of work, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate resources, and report progress and project financials while identifying risks and mitigation plans. A background in financial services is helpful; certifications like PMP or SAFe are valued.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing work through the SDLC using Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience with PM tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Nice to have certifications: PMP, CSM, CAPM, or SAFe.

Responsabilidades

• Run client statements of work, requirements and design sessions, and project plans.
• Keep budgets, timelines, and resource bookings on track.
• Review scope change requests, explain the impact, and get client sign-off before moving forward.
• Keep clients and internal teams updated on progress and project financials.
• Identify delivery risks and put mitigation plans in place.
• Keep project data current in the PM system and hit utilization, margin, and KPI targets.
