Job summary

Pavion in Ridgeland/Jackson, MS is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our security business unit. You will support project planning, coordinate activities, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements include a 4-year degree in business or finance and at least one year of IT experience; internship or MSP tool experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, or Auvik is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $75,000–$95,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in business or finance.
• Minimum one years of IT experience.
• Previous internship or work experience in project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or MSP experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution under the guidance of senior PMs.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist in identifying project risks early and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk management plans and ensure timely communication of any changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
