Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, scheduling, and execution of energy infrastructure projects across North America.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with preferred exposure to oil and gas, and compressors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with oil and gas industry preferred.
• Experience with natural gas compressors preferred.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments.
