Job summary

Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in project planning and organization, implementing project management principles, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines on energy infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 0–3 years of experience, proficiency with MS Office and Primavera, and a willingness to travel and work outdoors on long-term onsite

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Foundational knowledge of project management and construction management principles.
Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred).
Ability to support project controls including cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and basic financial metrics analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments.
