Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Bucks County area. You will support senior PMs in day-to-day supervision, planning, and execution of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of resources.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, schedule development, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure compliant and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in project management.
• 2+ years of related PM experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field required.
• Understanding of fiber telecommunications construction preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and data management abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this employer.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project management leadership with day-to-day supervision, oversight, and execution of plans.
• Track department progress, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management activities.
• Ensure PM activities comply with regulations, laws, and standards.
• Read and analyze engineering drawings to create accurate bill of materials.
• Train new team members on billing processes and procedures.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Serve as central point of contact for project inquiries and dissemination of information.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
