JLL is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager specializing in commercial construction to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team’s priorities are:
Supporting and managing industry-changing projects
As an Associate Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for working with a team to deliver challenging construction projects. Your skills development and adoption of new technologies are key to your impact. You will interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage project documentation, track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly meetings, and develop project scope and schedules. Knowledge of the construction or architectural industry will support your ability to deliver innovative projects.
Being collaborative, client-focused, and team-driven
You will create an energized, collaborative environment. Your main focus will be project delivery and client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship building. You should be proactive, forward-thinking, and able to understand client needs and motivations. Delivering high-quality work on time and within budget is essential. You will also manage minor renovation projects and assist with larger projects.
