Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position will oversee multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Southwest region. You will manage approximately 3-5 projects simultaneously, depending on scope and complexity, and will oversee contractors, construction schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Welltower is a leading $60bn S&P 500 company invested in outpatient medical, seniors housing, and wellness properties. This is a REMOTE role, ideally based in Arizona.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily on-site activities for multiple projects, coordinate and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for renovation activities.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, supervise contractors, escalate risks, and maintain property integrity.
• Set expectations and collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring safety and conformance to scope and contracts.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation for project close-out.
• Prepare and update weekly project status reports and progress schedules.
• Provide administrative support and perform other tasks as needed.

TRAVEL

Frequent travel between project sites is expected; daily presence onsite is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience; knowledge of real estate construction is a plus.
