Job summary

Teufel Landscape is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of commercial landscape construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and field leadership to coordinate documentation, schedules, costs, and jobsite needs from award to closeout.

In this role, you will review plans and contracts, prepare RFIs and submittals, track procurement, assist with cost tracking and change orders, and help manage site progress with field teams.

Teufel Landscape is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of commercial landscape construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and field leadership, this position helps coordinate project documentation, materials, schedules, costs, and jobsite needs from project award through closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Project Manager to keep assigned projects organized and moving forward.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and track RFIs, RAMS, submittals, schedules, procurement logs, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate the procurement, approval, delivery, and staging of plants, irrigation components, soils, hardscape, and specialty materials.
• Support Superintendents and Foremen with plan interpretation, field questions, and project coordination.
• Visit jobsites to document progress, review field conditions, and help verify installations against project requirements.
• Maintain cost-tracking logs and assist with change orders, EWOs, T&M documentation, billing support, and project closeout.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare progress updates, action items, schedule information, and site photos.
• Help identify scope gaps, schedule constraints, cost impacts, and other project risks, communicating concerns promptly to the Project Manager.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, punch-list completion, inspections, testing, and turnover activities.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• English proficiency required; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
