Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee customer engagements from initial Sales transition through final delivery and the transition to the Services team. You will lead delivery teams, ensure project milestones are met, and manage budgets while adhering to care.ai deployment standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management experience, with Monday.com and JIRA familiarity. Expect 25–50% travel in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience with Monday.com and JIRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition from Sales to Services.
• Lead delivery teams to meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Plan and track milestones, critical paths, and revenue forecasting.
• Align delivery with care.ai deployment methodology.
• Coordinate project communications and meeting minutes.
• Archive deliverables and manage project reviews/audits.
• Conduct project close-out and post-delivery feedback.
• Travel 25% to 50% based on priorities and customer needs.
