McCauley Constructors is looking for an Associate Project Manager for our Windsor office to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout Colorado. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to continue developing their project management experience while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 2-3 years as a Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager. Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience is preferred.

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for contract administration, subcontractor buyout, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, project scheduling, budget tracking, owner pay applications and closeout activities. This position also plays an active role in coordinating with project teams, maintaining project documentation and helping keep projects organized and moving forward throughout each phase of construction.

Salary Range $91,000-$102,500
