We are currently searching for qualified candidates for Associate Project Manager. Please see the details for the position below.

Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployments of Transact’s Cloud POS solution
• Manage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allows
• Develop familiarity with Transact’s campus payment solutions
• Develop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendors
• Meeting established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more
• Manage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deployments
• Develop an understanding of the key functionality and requirements of Cloud POS
• Develop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as required
• Develop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key dates
• Manage project timelines, resource trackers and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments
  
  

Must Have Experience

• 1-2 Years of industry experience
• Ability to understand technical concepts related to software and hardware
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel
• Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  
  

Preferred Experience

• PMP Certified
• Experience working in Higher Education environment
• Experience working in dining service management
• Experience working with Transact Campus solutions
• Experience in a client-facing project management role
• Less than 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed
