Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of customer orders.
  • Manage project scope, contracts, risks, and opportunities while guiding project plans.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee governance from contract review to final acceptance and close-out in line with policies and quality standards.

Our mission is to perform consistently and deliver value-added services to our customers with the highest level of quality exceeding customer expectations.The work model for the role is: Onsite in Florence, SCYou will be mainly accountable for:Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful execution, resource optimization, budget management, and on-time delivery of customer orders.Manage project scope, contract requirements, risks, and opportunities while driving project plans that adapt to evolving customer needs.Serve as the primary liaison between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee project governance from contract review through final customer acceptance and close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or associates with 4 years and HS with 6 years; or alternately a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments in customer service. Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft outlook. Strong communication skills (oral and written).Experience in electrical industry or manufacturing a plus. Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
