Job summary

Great Northern Corporation in Chippewa Falls, WI, is seeking a Fulfillment Assistant to support the Fulfillment Supervisor and team in processing orders with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will contribute to quality control, training, and adherence to housekeeping and safety programs, with opportunities to advance across Great Northern’s facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalency.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, leadership experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations including fractions, decimals and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fulfillment Supervisor in activities of all fulfillment personnel.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Follow housekeeping and maintenance programs.
• Train personnel and participate in the safety program.
• Fill in for people whenever and wherever needed.

Monday through Friday, 5:45am to 2:00pm

Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 9:30pm

Monday through Thursday 8:30pm to 7am

Assists Fulfillment Supervisor in activities of all fulfillment personnel, maintaining quality control standards, following all housekeeping and maintenance programs, training personnel, participating in the safety program and filling in for people whenever and wherever needed by performing the following duties.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalency
• One to two years of manufacturing, leadership experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages
• Ability to identify and distinguish color
