Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks an experienced Project Engineer to ensure Fleet Power Plant programs are planned, budgeted, and executed effectively. You will coordinate with the power plant technical community, Financial Services, Procurement, Naval Reactors, and shipyards. Specific duties include supporting cost estimates and schedules, providing programmatic oversight of shipyard work, and managing budget databases.

U.S. citizenship and a related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with cost estimating and government contracting is beneficial.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Support cost estimate and scheduling for major Naval projects.
• Provide programmatic oversight of shipyard work.
