Job summary

Felss Group GmbH is seeking a Junior Applications & Project Engineer to help move products from concept through production. You will analyze drawings, support prototype development, APQP activities, and work directly with customers to meet their requirements.

You will coordinate projects across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, track milestones, budgets, and risks, and provide technical support for new products and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer drawings and specifications to evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
  • Support prototype development, manufacturing, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate APQP activities and drive successful new product launches.
  • Work directly with customers to understand and achieve product requirements.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, budgets, and milestone management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide technical support for new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Help resolve customer quality concerns and support corrective actions.
  • Track action items, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
