Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Client Services Associate to deliver elite support for Commercial Banking clients using Treasury Management services. You will serve as a primary contact for product inquiries, onboarding assistance, and ongoing account maintenance.

You will apply strong product knowledge, assist with onboarding of services like Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and Cash Management, and ensure risk controls and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Treasury Management or similar.
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide client training and support for Treasury Management services post-onboarding.
• Respond to Treasury Management client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels; maintain records.
• Troubleshoot product functionality issues and resolve problems with quality and turnaround time.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of new Treasury Management services with guidance from senior staff.
• Review client documentation and service agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain required internal approvals for Treasury Management services and access.
• Proactively address client questions by researching issues and developing solutions.
• Stay informed of policy and process updates and share with team.
• Support internal partners to deliver excellent client outcomes; communicate issues to management.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, data maintenance, and special projects.
