Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead software integration efforts within the Axonics Acquisition. You will guide cross-functional teams to execute integration workstreams and ensure delivery aligned with quality and regulatory expectations.

The role requires strong software project management experience in the Medical Device field, knowledge of quality systems and risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years PM experience in Medical Device industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership of a cross-functional teams in Axonics Integration using agile methods.
• Influence stakeholders to align plans, timelines and resources.
• Collaborate across functions to meet project objectives and prioritize work.
• Communicate progress to Integration Lead and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and revise detailed project plans, risk and communication plans.
• Ensure client policies and practices are followed.
