  • Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Lexion) or underwriting/rating systems is a plus.

Mansioni

  • State filing and program onboarding: Assist with state filing review and tracking across the VP's portfolio, compiling documentation for the senior program manager’s sign-off ahead of new program launches and renewals, and maintaining onboarding checklists so new MGA partner programs move through Spinnaker's launch process without missed regulatory steps.
  • Deal-terms accuracy: Review deal-specific business terms and documentation for accuracy and completeness ahead of the senior program manager’s sign-off, flagging discrepancies between the negotiated terms and what's reflected in program documentation.
  • Renewal support: Compile performance data, loss history, and program documentation to support the renewal strategy planning, in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
  • Strategic objective tracking: Compile and maintain tracking of assigned program performance against the strategic objectives set by the CEO and senior leadership team, giving the program management team current data to report progress and flag emerging risks to those objectives.

  • Underwriting guideline and audit support: Gather and organize underwriting guideline documentation for assigned MGA programs, and conduct first-pass data validation ahead of the underwriting audits of program administrators.
  • Audit findings tracking: Track and log program administrator/MGA audit findings and remediation status, maintaining records for ongoing program oversight.
