Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst in Woodland Hills, CA. You will interface with Program Managers, CAMs, and Business Managers to provide analysis on program performance and support cost estimate development, invoicing, customer proposals, negotiations, and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, charts, or VBA).
• Eligible for U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Generate program performance baselines (PMB) and implement approved changes.
• Analyze program performance to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and guidelines.
• Prepare program financial reports for internal and external customers related to cost incurrence, material tracking, and labor spending.
• Identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risk.
• Coordinate and prepare program forecasts, AOP, and Labor Resource Plan.
• Review variance drivers and assist with corrective actions.
• Support program cost estimates, customer proposals, and negotiations.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS/PMB, ETC, EAC, and variances.
