Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency completed in an approved American Residency Program.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Practice (75%): provide 24/7 ED coverage, oversee care for oncology patients, deliver emergency medicine services per professional standards, documentcare in EPIC within 48 hours, represent the department locally and nationally.
• Administration (20%): serve on institutional and hospital committees as requested.
• Research (3%): engage in clinical research or scholarly activities to enhance the department.
• Education/Teaching (2%): provide educational program for fellows, residents and students; participate in teaching conferences.
