Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate-level degree in a field appropriate to faculty role.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
• Board certification (or obtained within departmental timeline) unless exempted.
• Minimum two years as Instructor or five years post clinical degree with related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care and participate in translational and/or clinical research.
• Participate in teaching and training of fellows, residents and students.
• Maintain clinical practice and staffing to support training centers.
• Contribute to quality improvement and institutional effectiveness projects.
• Serve on committees and represent the department at meetings.
