Job summary

Boston University School of Law seeks an Associate Professor (non-tenure-track) and Director of the Academic Enrichment Program. This is a full-time, 12-month faculty position dedicated to expanding and improving academic enrichment for all students, including 1Ls and upper-levels, with emphasis on bar readiness and data-driven outcomes.

The Director will lead programming, coordinate Bar exam initiatives, and collaborate with faculty to advance teaching excellence while supporting a diverse

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods, and teaching/counseling in a law school setting.
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and serving a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

Implement, expand, and enhance programming for all 1L students, including workshops and coaching.
Develop enrichment programming for upper-level students, including writing and skill-development courses.
Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse student needs and contexts.
Oversee Bar exam preparation, bar skills, and year-round bar programming and advising.
Advance the Academic Enrichment Program through data-driven evaluation and collaboration.
Track bar passage data, collaborate with bar prep vendors, and integrate bar-relevant skills into curriculum.
