Job summary

DFAMILK seeks an Associate Production Manager - Special Projects & Leadership Development to rotate through production, maintenance, quality and packaging operations. You will lead operational projects and participate in leadership development programs to prepare for a Production Manager role.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage KPI reviews, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost performance in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Internship, co-op, military leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing environments desired.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in plant operations and food safety systems.
• Participate in leadership development programs and management training initiatives.
• Shadow and support Production Managers and Plant Leadership to gain leadership experience.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation and track performance.
