Job summary

URBN's Free People division is seeking an Associate Coordinator, Production to support the apparel teams through the full product lifecycle—from sourcing and costing to sample development, freight, customs, and delivery.

In this role you will maintain daily vendor communications, track milestones, manage WIP reports, and support in PLM, Qlik, and related systems while collaborating across functions to meet deadlines and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Fashion, Retail, Product Development or related field.
• Proficient in data analysis, PLM data input, Excel and Qlik.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to implement operational efficiencies.
• Ability to analyze production processes and advise on strategies to meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Works with a sense of urgency, adapts to change and meets deadlines.
• Education: Degree in Fashion, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Vendor communication with global vendors, fabric mills, and agents to track production and resolve issues.
• Meet seasonal calendar milestones and maintain WIP reports for development and shipping.
• Support SMS, Photoshoot, and TOP tracking across all classes.
• Manage on-time report for all classes with Production team support.
• Support in PD and Production projects as needed.
• Support daily system updates in Qlik, PLM, and WIP reports.
• Drive mail distribution to coordinators and support intake as needed.
