Job Description Summary

As the Associate Product Sales Specialist - Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, you will be assigned to a specific market and partner with segment specialist Product Sales Specialists (PSS) to drive funnel creation, increase visibility, and improve market win rates across all Anesthesia and Perioperative Monitoring product segments. Your responsibilities will include creating, progressing, and closing sales opportunities, with potential to provide value in established sales territories. The role is designed to develop into a full line Product Sales Specialist (PSS).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Sales Specialist (PSS) to cover larger territories.
  • Increase visibility through cold calling, customer canvassing, and collaboration with sales functions.
  • Create and support the sales funnel.
  • Support sales activities and campaigns in the assigned geography.
  • Own accurate orders forecast in the territory.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
  • Deliver the annual orders operating plan.
  • Broaden knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, and processes.
  • Understand key business drivers and how team work integrates with other teams.
  • Make decisions within a defined framework and resolve issues using commercial judgment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, explaining technical information clearly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% and reside within Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, or surrounding areas.

Our total rewards include competitive salary, benefits, and career opportunities. For U.S. positions, the salary range is $43,280 - $64,920 annually, with potential performance incentives.
