Job summary
The Northern Trust Company is seeking an Associate Product Manager within Global Family Office to drive new feature delivery and ongoing product improvements. You will collaborate with the Domain’s Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Scrum Teams and GFO partners to support the full lifecycle from discovery through maintenance.
The role requires knowledge of PM principles, Agile practices, backlog prioritization, and strong communication skills to align with business stakeholders and tech
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Product Management principles and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Support domain features across the full product development lifecycle from discovery to maintenance.
- Write user stories and work with engineering teams to deliver in Agile sprints.
- Coordinate release communications and manage product performance post-launch.
