Job summary

You will own projects as a strategic partner and hands-on doer, working cross-functionally on packaging, pricing, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of brand or product experience (consumer packaged goods preferred).
• Experience using Power BI and other reporting tools to analyze data and derive insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Travel approximately 5% annually for presentations, trade shows, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the product management team and lead own projects; including product enhancements and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Drive new product development activities with cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative on visually appealing interfaces.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform product recommendations.
• Evaluate opportunities through stage-gate processes and manage portfolios.
