Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Architectural Coatings in Vernon Hills, IL. You will support product development from ideation to launch, conduct market research, and collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams.

This role reports to Senior Product Manager, is hybrid with two remote days per week, and requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of product or marketing experience; salary range $75k-$95k plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support product development from ideation to launch, using market insights and Stage-Gate processes

Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 (Bonus Eligible)
