Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited, in-person Bachelor's degree program graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Must have prior internship experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience or coursework in market research methodologies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet needs and gaps in product offerings for property marketing and facility operations.
• Map the competitive landscape and key offerings.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business development teams to refine insights.
• Analyze user needs and market data to define product requirements.
• Develop strategic recommendations to evolve technology, partnerships, or business models.
