CoStar Group is seeking a Product Intern to work with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Designers in Richmond, VA. You’ll contribute to the full product lifecycle from idea to launch, collaborating with Agile teams to deliver user-friendly features across CoStar’s platforms.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and planning to return to school after Summer 2027 internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Available for the full 10-week, 40-hour internship program.
• coursework or experience related to product development, technology, business analysis, analytics, information systems, real estate, finance, economics, or related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team and deliver software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate requirements clearly in tasks, bugs, features, and tickets.
• Maintain an up-to-date backlog based on product and business priorities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and mockups for new products and features.
• Participate in Agile development meetings such as daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate with QA analysts to perform acceptance testing on features prior to release.
• Manage communications with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and analyze product performance after launch.
• Conduct user, market, and competitive research.
• Use KPIs, customer feedback, and research data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
