Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own a product category, manage vendor relationships, and guide a team of Product Management Analysts from corporate headquarters.

You will collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams to shape catalog and digital strategies, driving profitability and product quality across our extensive catalog. A background in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing plus travel readiness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category within our catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams to develop catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact on profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts.
