Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an Associate Category Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will own a product category, manage vendor relationships, and guide Product Management Analysts to drive catalog strategy and profitability.

The role emphasizes travel for trade shows, collaboration with Creative and Purchasing teams, and data-driven decisions to improve product quality and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams to develop catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
