Responsibilities

• Support execution of new product development (NPD) programs and product roadmap initiatives.
• Assist in end-to-end product launch execution, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure launches adhere to sales activation processes and launch tracker requirements.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop training, launch materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure product readiness and compliant commercialization.
• Analyze launch performance, adoption, and market trends to generate data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Maintain product data accuracy and support setup within internal systems.
