Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions provider, is seeking an Associate Product Manager in the US to drive new product development, innovation, and launches. You will work with Market Research, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical, or related field).
• Recent graduate (0–2 years experience).
• Top-tier analytical/engineering programs preferred (e.g., Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State).
• Internship or co-op in product mgmt, consulting, engineering, or marketing preferred.
• Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPGs) or category management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate tech concepts for business audiences.
• High initiative, curiosity, and ownership in ambiguous environments.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI proficiency preferred.
• Interest in healthcare, medical products, or tech-driven industries.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of NPD programs and product roadmap initiatives.
• Assist end-to-end product launch execution; coordinate timelines and milestones.
• Ensure launches adhere to sales activation processes and launch tracker requirements.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop training, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain for readiness and compliance.
• Develop value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market assets.
• Analyze launch performance, adoption, and market trends for insights.
