Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or life science field.
• 2+ years in an Associate Product Manager role in regulated industry (medical devices/pharma).
• Technical/scientific background with ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong reading, analysis, and interpretation of business and scientific materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Create and revise product specifications and packaging labeling materials.
• Assist with product training and support materials for launches.
• Support marketing with press releases, ads, sales tools, and website content.
• Monitor product trends and competitive landscape for continuous improvement.
• Assist with new product requests and other business initiatives as assigned.
