Aristocrat is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination in Gaming Operations.

This early-career role provides broad exposure to product launches, portfolio management, deployment strategies and operational excellence. You will work with Product Management, Studios, Marketing, Sales and Compliance to ensure timely market deployment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product management or related function.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities across PM, Studios, Gaming Ops, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success and Sales.
• Track launch achievements, dependencies and deliverables for successful commercialization and deployment.
• Assist with developing and maintaining launch plans, deployment schedules, product documentation, and communication materials.
• Monitor product launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics; provide insights for improvement.
