• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market planning and execution for Gaming Operations launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with PM, Studios, Ops, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, CS, and Sales.
• Track launch milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for successful deployment.
• Assist with launch readiness reviews and maintain documentation.
• Develop and maintain launch plans, deployment schedules, and product docs.
• Help transition products from readiness to market deployment with ops teams.
• Monitor launch performance and portfolio metrics, offering insights for improvement.
• Analyze customer, market, and operational data to spot trends and risks.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and teams.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes and tools.
• Stay aware of competitive products and market conditions for planning.
