Job summary

Cari Network is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own defined areas of our on-chain payments platform. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to turn vision into a best-in-class payment network, building a product from 0→1 for real banks.

You’ll write clear docs, prioritize work, and help shape the roadmap in a regulated fintech environment. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years PM experience, exceptional writing, strong analytical skills, and comfort learning new tools like

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-time professional experience in product management.
• Exceptional writing and clear, well organized documents.
• Analytical data skills to defend prioritization decisions.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements definition for key product areas, from problem definition through release.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Maintain backlog: scope, current, prioritized, and retire outdated tickets.
• Reconcile designs, requirements, and implementation; drive resolution.
• Plan and run user acceptance testing; track defects to close.
• Analyze product usage data to inform prioritization.
• Conduct user research and partner interviews to surface pain points.
• Produce integration guides, release notes, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance.
• Evaluate competitive landscape and fintech trends.
